Boral Concrete Batch Plant Demobilisation | Eastern Creek Precast Facility
August - October 2025
All Industries Engineering was engaged to deliver the full mechanical and electrical demobilisation of Boral’s batching plant for the Western Tunnelling Package. Our scope included the safe dismantling, isolation, and removal of key fixed-plant assets, supporting structures, and associated electrical systems in line with Tier-1 standards and project requirements.
Working within an active tunnelling environment, our team executed a staged demobilisation program that incorporated detailed lift planning, plant isolation procedures, equipment decommissioning, and structural disassembly. This included coordination with mobile crane operations, heavy mechanical interfaces, and strict WHS controls to maintain safe and efficient site operations.
AIE provided complete workforce management, site supervision, and interface coordination across mechanical, electrical, and rigging disciplines to ensure seamless execution.
The project was delivered with a strong focus on compliance, planning, and engineering-led execution—reflecting our capability to support complex demobilisation works across Australia’s major infrastructure sector.
