We are currently providing specialised mechanical supervision for the demobilisation of the Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) at the Sydney Metro Rosehill site. Working within a complex tunnelling interface, our supervisor supports the safe disassembly, isolation, and removal of major TBM components as the machine is progressively broken down at the end of its drive.

AIE’s role focuses on overseeing mechanical tasks, coordinating with riggers, electricians, and site operations, and ensuring all demobilisation activities align with project sequencing and tunnelling safety standards. With deep practical knowledge of TBM systems, our supervisor plays a key role in maintaining safe work areas, verifying isolations, and supporting efficient component breakdown and extraction.
