All Industries Engineering delivered the mechanical and structural installation of CP Technology’s automated precast carousel for the Gamuda – Laing O’Rourke Joint Venture as part of the Western Tunnelling Package of the Sydney Metro West.

The facility was purpose-built for the high-volume production of precast concrete tunnel lining segments and incorporated CP Technology’s fully automated carousel system. Our scope encompassed the installation, alignment, and integration of all major mechanical plant and supporting structural steelwork, executed in accordance with CP Technology’s engineering documentation and Tier-1 project standards.

Works were delivered within an active precast production environment, requiring precise sequencing, strict adherence to safety and quality requirements, and close coordination with the joint venture and associated trades. The successful delivery of this installation contributed to the reliable commissioning of a critical precast operation supporting tunnel construction on one of Australia’s largest transport infrastructure projects.
