All Industries Engineering delivered the mechanical and structural installation of the CBE Group automated precast carousel for the Acciona – Ferrovial Joint Venture as part of the Eastern Tunnelling Package of the Sydney Metro West.

The precast facility was established for the high-volume production of tunnel lining segments and incorporated CBE Group’s fully automated carousel system. Our scope included the installation, alignment, and integration of all major mechanical equipment and supporting structural steelwork, executed strictly in accordance with CBE Group engineering drawings and design documentation.

Works were completed within a live precast production environment, requiring disciplined sequencing, precision installation tolerances, and full compliance with Tier-1 safety, quality, and interface requirements. The successful delivery of this installation formed a critical component of the precast supply chain supporting tunnelling operations on the Eastern Tunnelling Package.
